I currently have 3 domains with these people and was very happy with the service I was receiving. That however all stopped after they were taken over, the service level and uptime dropped to minus 1000%.

I lost my email service for my company for nearly a week and a half. Despite sending them untold amount of emails [via my gmail account] asking what the hell was going on, every email was ignored. To make matters worse the phone is not manned, and I was number 1 in the queue for 20 minutes before being cut off. This happened EVERY time I called.

I have now requested for all my domains to be moved to another provider. This I thought would be a straight forward process…..no not at all. 3 separate ticket requests were placed [1 for each domain] but never answered. 2 weeks later, I did receive one email stating my account was due to expire in a week and I would need to make a payment. This really pushed me over the edge. After replying and forcefully requesting the change, I was informed by email that they had “missed placed” the tickets, could I resend all copies of the original tickets they had sent me……

As of today, 11/10/06 their website http://www.a4dableweb.net is down, none of my domains have been moved and no replies to my other emails. I’m now forced to contact NOMINET for them to resolve this issue. If you where thinking of using these people [should you even get to talk to someone], I would strongly recommend that you do not waste your time. After personally experiencing, poor service, poor uptimes, poor comms, I can not recommend this company to anyone.

My experience of this company, since it was taken over earlier this year, is that, despite their promises to improve the service, in fact they have not replied to many of my support tickets, their website has been under construction for months, they don't answer the phone, and their forum has been down for ages. It was back for a while - and now it's just gone again. Incredibly frustrating. You pay peanuts...
