I have hosted with them over 2 year(can't believe it) and have tolerated the frequent down time issues. But the recent event is my last straw. I couldn't access my website, my email and even Ftp. I have even did an online ping from different countries and it has over at least 50% lost packets from over 10 different countries!!!!! That is just horrible and its inexcusable!!!. Whoever hosted their website with them might not be accessible via certain countries. Good luck to whoever hosted with them.

	Been with Lypah for about a week or so now, and my sites are always coming down, and as of right now my sites have been down for 3 hours and counting. I do not reccomend them. It may just be pure bad luck this is happening but its not so great esepcially after spending $300 on an advertising campaign when nobody can get to your site.

	Although I have had very few reports on people not able to open my web site (3-4 in two years), my main complain is that Lypha offers a marketing option and due to technical problem not resolved in two years, I was not able to use it. It just does not match their offer.

Their servers were fast and they offer a lot of bang for the buck (e.g. 2 great site builders) and plenty of other features along with huge space/transfer allowances.

Currently on my 5th month.
Used their Economy plan.

Reliabily is good, their network hasnt been down once during this entire time. The servers may of been down for brief moments (10 mins or so) but hardly noticed it.

Recommend to others: Yes

	They have some fast servers and outstanding features (esp Sitebuilder). Downtime was no issue for me, I must of been on their good server. :P

	Lypha has fast support, easy to use tutorials and live chat so I can contact the techs when I need. Been a lypha customer for over 12months and I still love them :)
