	Very poor technical service and abysmal response times. We have left numerous email and phone message over the past 2 weeks and have not recieved one response back... My recommendation...steer clear and go with a larger company that had dedicated resources for support and can quantify uptime reliability.

	Host proveds very poor technical support and response time. We have been trying to email this provider for over 2 weeks at 3 different email addresses and have not received a response. Voice messages have also not been returned.
