	I agree completely. This company has no customer service, terrible periods of downtime, no contact information making it impossible to reach them when you have problems. Using SPIRALHOST will be the biggest mistake you ever make.

This company has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in years of dealing with some of the worst web hosting scam artists ever found on the 'net.

Your first tip off should be the lack of a telephone number for contacting them for service. They don't provide you with one and at times it can take days to get any adequate response to customer svc issues. And of course they always find an excuse for never and I mean NEVER ever paying out on thie uptime guarantee.

Do not use these people no matter what they promise. They will not deliver.
