Very bad support and customer service. I have been with them for 2 years. Recently, they removed one of my website contents 2 months before my subscription expired and display their network advertisement. I tried to contact them by email, by web support form, through support ticket etc but they did not respond to me. After a week, ticket support said they have respond through email and asked me to turn off spam filter or register a new email from Hotmail. This is crap. I have few sites with them and I am using their own hosting email to contact them. Of course without any spam filter. They just kept beating around the bush, never resolve my problem and of course never restore my website. My 2 months subscription just "donated" to them. By the way, in their T&C, there is No such thing as refund or chargeback allowed. Once their bill you, anything happen is your bad luck.
