This company use to be great. My recent experience with them was that they moved several of my sites to a new server and told me after the fact and data was lost and they were NO help in rectifying the situation. People running businesses were left without their stores in tact and having to be totally rebuilt. Then they overcharged me for a months service and noone would reply to fix the problem from their so called 24/7 outstanding technical support department. The next thing you know their site is gone.
