Binasys is a fantastic host.

I'll qualify that. The service is fantastic, with a human face behind it. Many a time I've been tempted by cheap deals, but I couldn't face leaving Binasys. If you're wondering how good it can be, consider that as far as I can remember, my requests or questions are answered within the hour, whether it's a domain addition, adjustment to my account or just me getting confused by PHP.

In terms of capability, I've never had any problems, nor have I met any downtime. New releases of things like PHP are rolled out when they're stable, and it currently (May 06) runs the Plesk 7.5 for administration.
