The current review is just a copy-paste from another hosting review site. So, I'll just do the same with my review:
I actually use the dedicated server hosting side of Datarealm, however I needed to write this to balance out the current review. Datarealm staff are extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. They offer a level of customer attentiveness and customization of services not available from "those other guys." I was able to get a server custom built with the partition scheme I supplied, and the distribution of Linux I selected. Reliability of the server hardware and their network infrastructure is rock solid. Want to be just a number in a huge hosting company's accounts receivable? Or, get real service to go along with the network reliability required to do business in today's world?
The choice is yours.

	We haven't been with them long and probably won't stay. We wanted to have our own secure certificate installed on their servers. We needed them to generate a csr. After 4 different types of trying to contact them, they never answered. I'm sure they'll answer someday. Support is key to a good hosting service. Find someone else
